Begin the download process and then follow the instructions below.

If the PowerPoint opens in your browser:

1. In the browser window containing the PowerPoint, select "Save As" from the File menu.
2. In the Save As dialogue box that appears, select the folder to save the PowerPoint presentation in.
3. Click on the save button to save the presentation to your computer.

If a "File Download" dialogue box appears:

1. Click on the Save button.
2. In the Save As dialogue box that appears, select the folder to save the PowerPoint presentation in.
3. Click on the save button to save the presentation to your computer.
