When you land a leadership role, it's easy to feel like you're in over your head. You've always excelled at your job. You know the technical stuff, you meet your deadlines and clients really like you.

But being in charge of others? Making important firm decisions? Suddenly, you second-guess everything. The choices are harder and the stakes are higher.

Relax. You got this.

At the MNCPA Leadership Academy, you'll develop a personalized leadership development plan that sharpens your skills, optimizes your strengths and morphs you into a more confident, capable CPA firm leader.

Become the leader you know you can be with the MNCPA Leadership Academy

At the Leadership Academy, you'll:

  • Develop the critical skills you need to be a successful leader: strategic thinking, innovation, people development, entrepreneurism, business development, communication, navigating challenges and more.
  • Maximize the impact of your training with a personalized leadership plan, one-on-one coaching sessions and peer accountability throughout the program.
  • Enhance your career growth as you equip yourself to take on more challenging client work, prepare for leadership roles and expand your network.
  • Be the best version of yourself -- the confident, capable leader you know you can be.
  • Celebrate your achievements at the end of the program with a special closing session attended by your firm's sponsoring partner, plus a press release you and your firm can share with clients, prospects and colleagues.

The ideal candidates for this program are CPAs in public practice, ages 25-35, with at least three years of professional experience.
