These are the minimum system requirements. To ensure system compatibility, you can run an online system test prior to registering for a webcast. Test my system now.

On webcast days, the ACPEN Help Desk is available 90 minutes prior to the webcast, during the webcast, and 1 hour after. On non-webcast days, they are available Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 6 p.m. CST, excluding holidays. You can also email help@acpen.com. They will answer your email within one business day.
