Don't miss the BOA's Dec. 31 deadline
Dec. 31 is the Minnesota Board of Accountancy's (BOA) CPA certificate renewal and CPE reporting deadline.

All active and inactive CPAs must renew their CPA certificate by Dec. 31. Active CPAs must also report their CPE for the reporting period of July 1, 2015, through June 30, 2018. Remember, CPE rules have changed since the last reporting and renewal period.
Don't miss the deadline!
Missing the Dec. 31 deadline may result in additional fees and eventual revocation of the certificate itself.
