Small Business Advisory Day 2017

Are you a small-business owner looking for direction with your financial and tax-related questions?
Are you an MNCPA member looking for a short volunteer commitment to help a local business?

We'd like to introduce you to one another during the inaugural Small Business Advisory Day on Aug. 9.

What is it?

Small Business Advisory Day invites small-business owners to sign up for a free 30-minute session with a certified public accountant (CPA) to go over questions concerning his or her business’ finances.

Discussion topic examples:

  • How can I lower my small-business taxes?
  • What strategies should I consider to grow my business?
  • How can I plan for retirement?

When is it?

The event is 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 9. Appointments are 30 minutes long, allowing volunteers to meet with as many as four small-business owners during a three-hour shift.

Where is it?

The MNCPA offices at 1650 W. 82nd St., Suite 600, Bloomington.

Deadline to register is Aug. 1 or when all appointments are filled.
