About the Footnote

In its 70+ years, the Footnote has evolved from a well-read newsletter to the highly respected feature driven member magazine of the Minnesota Society of CPAs.

Content is focused on information important to the success of CPAs and their businesses.  Many businesses continue to advertise year after year.

Original Footnote articles are frequently reprinted in national and international publications. In 2004, the Footnote received the President's Award from the Midwest Society of Association Executives.

The Footnote's 32-page magazine-style format incorporates four-color printing on quality paper stock. Regular columns and special features make up the written content. Graphics and photographs are important elements in appealing to readers.

Ad dimensions
Publication is a full color and 8.5" x 11" in dimensions.  Your ad can either be full color or black and white.

Display advertising rates

Please request a media kit, which includes advertising rates, demographic information, and a copy of The Footnote.  Media kits are sent via U.S. mail.

Deadlines

Display advertisements must be received at the Society office by the 1st of the month prior to the month you would like the ad to run (i.e., March 1 is the deadline for the April issue).

Billing

Billing information must accompany the display and classified ads at time of submission. Advertisers are issued an invoice along with a copy of the Footnote at the time of distribution. First-time advertisers are required to submit payment with ad submission.

Terms and conditions

• MNCPA reserves the right to refuse ads.

• Advertiser assumes liability for the content of its ad.

• Ads for any continuing education programs will not be accepted.

• Black & white ads cannot bleed.

• A specific position in the publication cannot be guaranteed.

• Payment is required at time of submission for first-time advertisers.

• Refunds are not given to ads removed prior to 30 days.
