About The Footnote

In its 70+ years, The Footnote has evolved from a well-read newsletter to the highly respected feature-driven member magazine of the Minnesota Society of CPAs.

Content is focused on information important to the success of CPAs and their businesses. Many businesses continue to advertise year after year. A recent Communications Survey showed that The Footnote has an 90% readership, which means your advertising will be seen by our members.

Original Footnote articles are frequently reprinted in national and international publications. In 2004, The Footnote received the President's Award from the Midwest Society of Association Executives.

The Footnote's 32-page magazine-style format incorporates four-color printing on quality paper stock. Regular columns and special features make up the written content. Graphics and photographs are important elements in appealing to readers.

Billing

Billing information must accompany display and classified ads at time of submission. Advertisers are issued an invoice, along with a copy of The Footnote at the time of distribution. First-time advertisers are required to submit payment with ad submission.

Terms and conditions

  • MNCPA reserves the right to refuse ads.

  • Advertiser assumes liability for the content of its ad.

  • Ads for any continuing education programs will not be accepted.

  • Black and white ads cannot bleed.

  • A specific position in the publication cannot be guaranteed.

  • Payment is required at time of submission for first-time advertisers.

  • Refunds are not given to ads removed prior to 30 days.
