Exhibiting at the MNCPA Tax Conference gives your company an opportunity to personally contact over 1,500 hard-to-reach CPAs, accounting professionals, attorneys and business executives. If you have a product or service for today's business community, exhibiting at the Tax Conference is an excellent way to make contact with key decision makers.
Game: Walk & Talk Bingo!
The Minnesota Society of Certified Public Accountants is committed to helping you get the most out of your exhibiting experience. We understand the need to help increase traffic flow to your booth.
This year, conference attendees can become eligible for additional prizes by playing Walk & Talk Bingo. The more attendees visit with exhibitors, the better chances they will have for achieving BINGO.
Prizes will be drawn at the end of the conference. Conference attendees do not need to be present to win.

Exposure
- Centrally located to maximize exposure.
- Refreshments served throughout the day in exhibit area to encourage steady traffic flow.
- Scheduled refreshment breaks located in main lobbies of both the Mezzanine and Lower Level, with time allowed both days for participants to visit with exhibitors.

- Option to purchase mailing labels of conference attendees for $425. This option is only available to conference exhibitors and sponsors.

Mailing labels/Mailing list
Invite conference attendees to stop by your exhibit booth, before the conference even begins! This is a great opportunity to promote your product or service to our pre-registered attendees - usually numbering over 1,100 names.
List will be e-mailed in an Excel format after October 25, 2010. A copy of the promotional piece you intend to send to registered attendees must accompany your request. Note: Mailing labels are only available to conference exhibitors and sponsors.

Booth specifications
Single, double and larger exhibit spaces are available. Each booth is 10 feet wide by 8 feet deep, bordered on sides and back by drapery dividers.
Single and double booths include:
- Opportunity for booth to be staffed by 2 company representatives There is a $40.00 per person charge for additional staffing. We ask that no more than 5 people are in your booth at one time.
- One 8 foot draped & skirted table.
- Two folding chairs.
- One line booth sign.
- Area is carpeted
Tabletop display areas include:
- One 6 foot draped & skirted table
- Two folding chairs
- One line booth sign
- Note: Tabletop spaces are not bordered on the sides by drapery. With a table top space you cannot have a large 10 x 10 exhibit display. Exhibit space is limited to your table.

Registration
Please download the 2010 Tax Conference Exhibitor Registration form (PDF) and return with your payment. Registrations will be taken until show is full.
To be included in conference brochure registrations must be received by September 1, 2010.

There are no refunds for cancellations.

Deadline
Registrations will be taken until the show is full. Booth selection is determined by the date of registration. Register as soon as possible to obtain the best booth location and to be included in marketing materials.

Set-up:

Additional Set-up: time
Monday, November 15, 2010- 6:00am-7:30am
Tear-down:
Tuesday, November 16, 2010
- Tear-down will take place after final 30 minute break. Typically this is around 3:00pm (final conference schedule to be determined)
