The MNCPA understands that direct mail can be a key resource for you to advertise your business to members.

Members work in public accounting, corporate industry, government and education. Purchasing a targeted list of key financial decision makers can help you bring awareness of your company and increase your sales.

Target a specific audience of CPAs

Your mailing list can be targeted using specific demographic criteria, including:

  • Business type
  • Position title
  • Firm/company size
  • Geographic location

We will work with you directly to create a targeted list that meets your needs.

General policies

  • For each member, a name, company name and work address will be provided. We do not provide phone numbers or e-mail addresses.
  • List is for one-time use only. Purchaser agrees to remove list upon completion of mailing.
  • List cannot be sold to another party.
  • MNCPA members may choose to opt-out from receiving third party mailings.
  • Promotional piece or product needs to be reviewed and approved by the MNCPA prior to it being sent.
  • Payment is required at time of purchase.
  • Use of MNCPA logo is restricted to individual MNCPA members and approved partners of the MNCPA.

The MNCPA will review all requests. Due to certain partnership agreements, we will not provide our membership list to key competitors. You will be notified if we are unable to provide your company with a list.

Mailing lists of attendees from some of the MNCPA conferences attendees cannot be purchased except by those individuals who sponsor or exhibit at that specific event.

Cost

Mailing lists will cost $250.00 plus .50 per name. Your list can be mailed out in the following formats:

  • Excel spreadsheet
  • CSV, comma limited
  • Text only
  • Mailing labels (30 labels per page) - additional charges of $75.00 per 1000 labels will apply.

If you need a format that isn't listed, we will be happy to see if we can accommodate your request.
