He has over 15 years of experience, providing advisory services across IT operations, cybersecurity, governance and internal audit. Cadena has led numerous digital transformation efforts as well as served as the virtual CIO for numerous clients. Prior to joining RSM, he led the enterprise IT department for a global nonprofit organization handling large-scale system implementations and managing a team across operations, security, applications and project management.
