Leadership Cabinet
Leadership cabinet is an opportunity for members
to think broadly about the issues and challenges of the profession while practicing and developing their
leadership skills outside of their work environment. It also allows individuals to increase their professional
network through facilitated discussion questions, while providing an opportunity to learn from the experiences
and opinions of other members. The MNCPA as an organization develops a stronger connection with leadership
cabinet members. MNCPA members receive an update on the profession from the incoming AICPA chair, facilitated
discussions with other members and a leadership training exercise.
