Meeting space rental

The Minnesota Society of CPAs offers the ideal location for corporate meetings, lectures and classes. Our newly remodeled Education Center offers professional meeting space and complimentary amenities.

MNCPA meeting rooms can accommodate any type of seating from classroom to boardroom style and are available for rental from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Meeting rooms are equipped with:

  • DVD and LCD projection equipment and screen
  • Sound system
  • Wireless lavaliere microphones
  • High-speed, wireless Internet
  • Overhead projector and screen
  • Whiteboard, flip charts and markers

Common area

Our rental rate includes use of the Minnesota Commons, which seats 50 for lunch or breaks. The area is equipped with:

  • Unlimited coffee, tea, soda, juice and milk
  • Morning and afternoon refreshments
  • High-speed, wireless Internet
  • Computer kiosk with Internet access
  • Flat screen TV
    • Use your favorite caterer, or we can recommend one.
