Cancellations

Cancellations must be received at least 4 business days prior to an event to receive a full refund. No refunds will be issued if you cancel within 3 business days of the event and no CPE credit will be earned. Cancel online or by phone 952-831-2707, x1.

Substitutions

You may substitute an alternate registrant at any time. There is no transfer fee. However, you are responsible for any differences in the registration fee (i.e., substituting a non-member for a member).  To make a substitution, please call us at 952-831-2707, x1.

Special needs

Notify the MNCPA at 952-831-2707, x1, or by email to ensure that any specific dietary requirements or other special needs are met.
