Your registration and payment must be received by Friday, October 21, 2011, to qualify for the early bird registration fee.
MNCPA members receive a discounted rate. You can join online today to receive the discount on all MNCPA continuing education.
Yes. Although we recommend attending both days for the maximum educational experience, you may register for only one day at a reduced fee. One-day registration will be available soon.
No. Each person who attends the conference must be registered individually to ensure continuing education credits are given appropriately.
Yes. However, it is important that we eventually receive your session selections to make sure room size matches session demand and specialized credits are given appropriately. You can fill out a session registration form at the conference registration desk to select or update your sessions.

Cancellation: Receive a full refund if you cancel your registration by 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 8, 2011. Cancellations must be received at least four (4) business days prior to an event to receive a full refund. No refunds will be issued if you cancel within three (3) business days of the event and no CPE credit will be earned.

Substitution: Rather than cancel your registration, you do have the option to send a substitute. You will not incur any cancellation/transfer fees if you send a substitute, even if the substitution is made within three (3) days of the event. To make a substitution, call the professional education department at 952-831-2707, x1.
Please note: Additional fees may apply if the original registrant is a MNCPA member and the substitute registrant is a nonmember. The difference in fees will be charged to the substitute registrant.
Online: Materials are posted on the website as they are received from speakers. To access the materials, you must be registered and paid in full for the conference. Note: Online materials will be available November 1.
At the conference: Materials will be distributed at individual session rooms. An expandable envelope will be provided to store your conference materials.
Yes. Continuous beverages including water, pop and coffee are provided throughout the conference in the mezzanine and lower level lobbies. Light breakfast items, morning and afternoon refreshments and lunch are also provided at no additional charge.
Please indicate any special dietary restrictions or vegetarian preferences when you submit your registration. Every effort will be made to accommodate your request. You can also contact the professional education department at 952-831-2707, x1 or registrations@mncpa.org to change your preferences.
Yes, there will be a private room available for you at the facility. On the day of the conference, please come to the onsite registration desk located on the mezzanine level and a staff member will direct you to the private room. If you have questions, email Allie Nissen or call 952-885-5518.
Most conference attendees wear comfortable business or business casual attire. You may wish to dress in layers as room temperatures can vary.
Elevators are located outside of Exhibit Hall B.
The mezzanine level is located on the east end of the Minneapolis Convention Center, one level down from main (street) level.
The 3rd Avenue South Convention Center ramp is closest to the conference location within the Minneapolis Convention Center. Additional parking is available at the underground Plaza and Orchestra Hall ramps. There are parking fees, so please plan accordingly.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Parking fees for the underground Plaza ramp are significantly higher and require payment by credit card.
A surface lot is available behind Central Lutheran Church at 333 South 12th Street. Space is limited, so plan to arrive early if you need to park in this lot.
