Administration Specialist

The Minnesota Society of Certified Public Accountants (MNCPA) is a not-for-profit professional association with nearly 7,500 members. We are seeking a highly organized and responsible candidate as an Administration Specialist to provide executive support for the president, government relations and office administration.

Primary objectives of the position are:

  • Support the president | CEO and board of director’s activities including governance, board meetings, annual retreat and member meetings.
  • Coordinate government relations events and activities.
  • Provide support for HR, employee benefits and office policies.
  • Office administration including office supplies, office machines, managing office maintenance and mail processing.
  • Provide a productive, safe work environment for employees and guests.
  • Develop and implement staff engagement opportunities that support the MNCPA culture.
  • Liaison/Representative to property management company
Position requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Five years of related experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidential and sensitive information
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
