Bedford

Greg Bryant, CCSP, is managing partner of Bedford. In this role, he successfully established the firm as a recognized industry leader, guiding Bedford to the completion of more than 13,500 Cost Segregation studies, covering a wide range of property types and sizes.

Prior to co-founding Bedford, Bryant was senior vice president for EMG, one of the nation’s largest real estate consulting firms. While at EMG, he was in charge of new program development and implementation. He has also held senior management positions with development and construction companies.

Bryant is also a recognized subject matter speaker and has provided continuing education to thousands of CPAs nationwide.
