Ron Seigneur, MBA, CPA/ABV, ASA, CVA, is a founding partner of Seigneur Gustafson LLP in Lakewood, CO, specializing in financial forensics, business/IP valuation, practice management consulting and succession planning. He is co-author or contributor to multiple leading valuation and industry guides, including "Financial Valuations: Applications and Models" and "The Cannabis Industry Accounting and Appraisal Guide". A former adjunct professor at the University of Denver, Ron has chaired key committees for the AICPA, NACVA, and ASA, served as chair of the Colorado Society of CPAs, and is a fellow of the College of Law Practice Management.
