Greg Bryant is senior managing director at Source Advisors where he is responsible for key client relationships and strategic development for the firm. Prior to the Source/Bedford merger, he was the founder and managing partner of Bedford, and led Bedford in the completion of more than 14,000 cost segregation studies. Combining experience in development, construction, and engineering for more than four decades, Greg has a broad understanding of the commercial real estate industry. Greg is a certified member and first president of the American Society of Cost Segregation Professionals (ASCSP), a not-for-profit professional organization, where he has served as a member of the board of directors, technical standards committee, and testing committee.
