Joshua Malancuk, CPA, CMI, is president of JM Tax Advocates LLC. He is a state property tax specialist who has significant experience with delivering property tax reduction opportunities in the areas of real and personal property tax reviews, compliance, and economic incentives.
Prior to his current role, he gained 20 years of property tax experience in public accounting including serving as an executive and national practice leader with Crowe Horwath LLP, as a director with PricewaterhouseCoopers, as manager with Deloitte & Touche, and as a senior associate with Geo S. Olive.
Malancuk also has taught at the Institute for Professionals in Taxation and has been a speaker for the National Symposium as well as the National Business Institute of Indianapolis.
