Anne Ziebell is currently Director, Board Governance at Qualcomm Incorporated. Prior to that she was Director, Board Operations, Global Entity Management and Shareholder Services of Medtronic plc and Assistant Secretary of Medtronic, Inc. since 2004. She is currently on the Board of TruStone Financial Credit Union (MN) and was elected to serve on the Dayton City Council in Dayton, MN. Ms. Ziebell is a Certified Corporate Governance Professional (CCGP®) and has a BA in Business Management from American Intercontinental University. Anne and her husband Danny enjoy road trips across the country to see family and friends, fishing on the Mississippi River and tinkering with classic cars and motorcycles.
