Michael Reis Michael Reis, senior business management consultant in the restaurant and bar industry, has worked in the industry for more than 14 years. With a solid background in leadership management and training, he has helped numerous bars and restaurants become more profitable by reducing costs, connecting with their markets, and applying various controls. Reis is the established successor of Restaurant Seminar Institute and the owner of Profit Sauce, an operational group implementing controls in the Seattle market. He is trained in restaurant accounting principles under the leadership of Ed Hynes for the last seven years. Reis holds a degree from Washington State University in Business Management and a minor in Entrepreneurship.
