Chuck Selcer, CPA, CGMA, MBA, is a respected leader in the accounting profession with a longstanding focus on ethics and professional standards. Chuck serves on the NASBA Ethics Committee, is a three time chair of the MNCPA Ethics Committee and previously served as chair of the Minnesota State Board of Accountancy. He spent 12 years on the AICPA Technical Standards Subcommittee and has authored the monthly Ethics Q&A column for Footnote since 1990. A recipient of the Glen Berryman Award, Chuck is widely recognized for his enduring commitment to integrity, professionalism and ethical leadership.
