James R. Hitchner, CPA/ABV/CFF, is the managing director of Financial Valuation Advisors, Inc.; president of Financial Consulting Group; and CEO of Valuation Products and Services. He has more than 40 years of experience providing valuation services and is the author or co-author of numerous valuation books, courses and articles. Jim is an inductee of the AICPA Business Valuation Hall of Fame, a two-time recipient of the AICPA’s Business Valuation Volunteer of the Year award, and one of the four original members of the AICPA Business Valuation Standards Writing Task Force.
