David A. Schultz, Ph.D., JD, is a professor of political science at Hamline University and a professor in the Hamline and University of Minnesota Schools of Law. He is the author of 45 books and more than 200 articles on various aspects of government, politics, business and ethics. David is regularly interviewed or quoted in local, national and international media, including The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, The Washington Post, The Economist and National Public Radio. He is a four-time Fulbright scholar and the 2013 Leslie A. Whittington national award winner for excellence in teaching.
