Lance Radziej, CPA/ABV, is a controller at Bongards Creameries where he is responsible for financial reporting, treasury and internal controls. Previously, he served as an accounting manager and treasurer for a multinational manufacturing company. Radziej is also an adjunct professor and doctoral candidate at Metropolitan State University. He volunteers as a member of several nonprofit and government boards, committees and task forces, including the Minnesota Board of Accountancy.
