Robert Minniti, CPA, CFE, CVA, CrFA, CFF, CGM, is the president and owner of Minniti CPA, LLC.
He is currently pursuing a doctoral degree in business administration at Walden University. Minniti has more than 25 years of experience in the accounting and real estate industries. He is a professor teaching graduate and undergraduate level courses at DeVry University, the University of Phoenix, Grand Canyon University and Northwestern University. He has experience in forensic accounting, fraud examinations, financial audits, internal audits, compliance audits, real estate valuations, business valuations, real estate financing, internal control development, risk management, financial forecasting and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance work.
Minniti is a writer, public speaker and instructor teaching continuing professional education classes for the Arizona Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Minniti worked as a subject matter expert for the AICPA in the development of the CFF training program and has written CPE classes for the AICPA. Minniti was instrumental in designing the forensic accounting courses for Northwestern University and Grand Canyon University.
