As Chief Administrative Officer, Gene is responsible for providing on-going support to Crederian's operations as well as product and client development. His responsibilities also include supervising the firm's third party vendors and managing Crederian's interactions with external parties, including fund boards, legal counsel, independent accountants and regulatory authorities.
Gene has served as a legal and business executive in various segments of the financial services industry, including investment advisers, broker-dealers and banks. Gene served as General Counsel of PFPC and legal counsel to various other subsidiaries of PNC Financial for more than nine years. Gene served as Senior Vice President of Warburg Pincus Asset Management where he was responsible for legal/compliance, mutual fund operations and other business units. Recently, Gene served in a business development capacity for UMB Fund Services.
