Get hands-on experience building process maps and see how other participants apply this skill to their business procedures. Create a current-state map of your chosen process, analyze each step against a master checklist and discover where you can improve your processes and outcomes. Go in-depth on factors affecting your process, including cost, speed, risk, scope, quality control tests, software, talent matching and more so you can pinpoint opportunities for improvement. Learn to look at the big picture, determine the logical flow of work and develop process improvement checklists to maximize efficiencies. Come away with plans to ensure that your process will be more effective and efficient in the future.
