All of us face ethical dilemmas, whether grand or small. Proof of that is found in stories ranging from Bernie Madoff and Tom Petters to Bank of America, Enron and Arthur Andersen. Accusations are thrown at the government for encouraging the mortgage meltdown, Fannie Mae has been accused of lax auditing standards, and even not-for-profit organizations and individual accountants can be implicated as engaging in questionable behavior. In this interactive workshop, explore real and hypothetical problems, discuss the related ethical issues with your peers, and gain clarity on how to resolve them.
