Most people struggle with important decisions, only to second-guess themselves, or worse yet, reverse their decisions. This can increase stress and reduce respect in a work setting. Find out how to ease your mind, think critically and make more confident decisions. In this hands-on course, work through a series of critical thinking and decision-making activities using the military style ranked grid system of decision-making. Using a case study example, explore the power of team consensus decision-making and team voting methods. Plus, have the chance to work through your own decision-making example in class.
This event is part of the MNCPA CPE Variety Pack, Oct. 24-25.
