Several major U.S. and Canadian laws cover product pricing. Ignoring them can cause legal action and potentially huge treble-damage penalties. While pricing law covers only specific situations, many other situations exist which can cause your customers to think your organization acted unethically. Attend this session so that you can keep your organization safe from federal prosecutors and angry customers. The Accountancy Board of Ohio has approved this course for 1 hour of credit towards the required Professional Standards to renew your CPA license. It does NOT qualify for new licensees.
