So many women seek to be liked, but does that drive sometimes mask competence? Discover how striking the right balance is the key to advancement and leadership. Multiple research studies indicate that the more successful a woman is, especially in leadership roles usually held by men, the less she is liked by both men and women. This competence-likeability dilemma significantly contributes to the glass ceiling that remains impenetrable for all but a few women.
