2020 has been a year full of surprises. As legislation came through to mitigate the pandemic's damage to the economy, you had to face a host of tax changes impacting both individuals and businesses. Now you're dealing with Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) loan forgiveness, five-year net operating loss (NOL) carrybacks and more. Many of these programs will not go away with the turn of the calendar but may be extended in an attempt to revive the economy. In addition, many of the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act changes are now scheduled to start up next year, and President-elect Biden will assume office with his own tax agenda. Attend this four-hour webinar, designed for year-end planning, for guidance on major 2020 tax changes affecting individuals and businesses, as well as the impacts of possible 2021 changes.
