Microsoft Word is probably the most under-utilized application of the Microsoft Office Suite of applications. As a matter of fact, most people use Word as a glorified typewriter. During this session you will learn the core features and tools that will improve your efficiently and productivity while using Word.

This session will emphasize creating, editing, formatting and printing documents using real-world business examples. We will take you through the logical progression of document creations in order to build a STRONG base level of knowledge of using Word. During the session we will share many tips and tricks that will increase your productivity by taking you beyond the basic typewriter functions.

We also offer an Advanced class that continues to build upon the knowledge you learn during this class. Topics discussed in the Advanced class include: about styles, themes, Quick Parts, SmartArt, linking, collaborating, mail merge and much more.
