Neither employer rights nor employee rights are absolute. Effectiveness in employee relations requires HR professionals to coach leaders in how to balance these two sets of rights appropriately and respond to employee complaints with good judgment.
This program is uniquely effective in preventing lawsuits in part because it's focused on showing leaders "What to do" rather than "What not to do." Staying out of court is a by-product of good employee relations skills. The program's material will enable HR Professionals to coach leaders to be effective in handling employee relations interactions with good judgment. Unique to this program is "Reset the Clock," a process that prevents an attorney from taking something leaders did wrong or did not do in the past and using it to challenge the decisions they make in the future.
