Corporate culture drives integrity. Done right, it motivates employees to do their best and roots out ethical dilemmas before they become a problem. This course examines some of the building blocks needed for an ethical organization, with special emphasis placed on HR's role in shaping organizational culture. HR professionals support executive leadership's mission and delivery of services in the most ethical manner possible, but what should be done when tension arises between operations and ethics? This course identifies mechanisms to ensure your team is set up for success in creating and maintaining an ethical organization. The scenarios will involve Business Management and Employee and Labor Relations, two main drivers of an ethical corporate culture.
