This course serves as an introduction to how ethical decision making occurs and highlights what actions we as HR professionals can take to improve ethics in the workplace. We will explore the origins of moral principles and then examine ethical guidelines used to make business decisions. Though ethics should be modeled from the top down, this course will elaborate on the role that HR professionals play in establishing and maintaining ethical processes in an organization. This course pays special attention to recruitment and screening situations, though the scenarios will be approachable for anyone working in HR.
