Description
Technology requires the highest level of control development effort as compared to other segments of the control system. Often those charged with creating measures for technology do not have the technical prowess to understand all of the controlled processes, so there is a trend that moves technology professionals into control creation roles. We intend to provide an "in the trenches" view of creating measures to govern technology and the important step of implementing these controls. Successful organizations have low instances of "non-adoption" of technology and a realistic goal of 100% implementation and the information in this session is designed to help with the achievement of this goal.
