How Culture Affects Risks - defining and understanding the importance of an organization's culture, and its impact on risk management, is essential to improve and maintain a successful risk management process. All organizations develop a culture. Unfortunately, a culture can be good or bad.The longer it's in-place the more difficult it becomes to change. The material contains a discussion of core values and key steps to building a good(positive) culture. The A, B, C model (Attitudes, Behavior, Culture) is explained as a technique to improve a risk management culture. The importance of hiring and onboarding and techniques to improve results are covered.Participants are introduced to the process of behavioral based interviewing(STAR method).
