Minnesota residents over the age of 21 will legally be able to possess cannabis beginning Aug. 1. Employers across the state need to start the conversation now. This one-hour webinar will help to fast-track your planning, beginning with instructions on how to review your organization's drug and alcohol testing policies. Scenarios, including on-property possession and use, will be discussed. We’ll also break down exceptions for certain positions, including drivers, healthcare workers and emergency responders.
