This program covers all of the major individual provisions of the OBBBA of 2025 (H. R. 1), including detailed examples of provisions which were extended, made permanent with substantial changes, and new for 2025 and beyond. A comprehensive case study will apply many of these provisions to illustrate the impact of these provisions on the individual taxpayer. Other current individual tax issues, including dependent care and student loan reporting, will also be review.
