Candid Conversations About Women

Why aren’t women taking their deserved seat at the table?

Take a look around. Who is the managing partner at your firm? What about the other partners? Is it an accurate reflection of the workforce? Women account for roughly half of all new CPAs entering the workforce, and yet their ranks in leadership continue to lag.

Women professionals from public accounting and business and industry joined in the discussion for candid conversations about being influential, facing challenges and evolving the profession. Past speakers include AICPA chair Kimberly Ellison Taylor, CPA; Deloitte Tax LLP's Pamela Downes CPA; and PricewaterhouseCooper, LLC's Jennifer Allyn.

We're keeping the conversations going. Stay tuned for more details about the 2018 Candid Conversations About Women event.
