CONFERENCE LOCATION

Where will the conference be held?

  • MBAC20 is a virtual-only conference. More information on the conference platform will be available soon.

How do I access the conference sessions online?

  • The MNCPA is currently finalizing details on which platform and/or app will be used at MBAC20. Check back here or the Event App section of the MBAC website for more detail as it becomes available.

CONFERENCE MATERIALS

Where and when do I receive my conference materials?

  • Online: Session materials will be available online before and after the conference. To access the materials, you must be registered and paid in full for the conference. Please note: Online materials will be available beginning Thursday, June 18.
  • Materials will also be available for download via the conference platform.
  • Hard copy materials will not be provided.

FEES AND REGISTRATION

Can I register for only one day?
Yes. Although we recommend attending all days for the maximum educational experience, you may register for only one day at a reduced fee.

Is there a two-day registration option?
No. If you would like to attend two days of the conference, the best deal is to register for all three days and simply attend the two days you'd like.

Can I register for a single session?
Yes. A la carte registration will allow you to select only the sessions you are most interested in. This registration option will be available soon.

Can I split a multiple-day registration with a friend?
No. Each person who attends the conference must be registered individually to ensure continuing education credits are given appropriately.

I'm already registered, but still need to pick sessions. How do I do this?
Session registration is required to receive continuing education credits for the sessions you attend.
You may select or update your session selections online through Wednesday, June 17. Or, call MNCPA Customer Service at 952-831-2707 to update your session choices by Wednesday, June 17.

I'm not sure which sessions I want to attend. Can I submit my conference registration now and choose sessions later?
If you are registered for a full day or the full conference, it is important that we eventually receive your session selections to ensure your continuing education credits are awarded correctly. Session registration will be available through Wednesday, June 17, 2020.

If you are registered for sessions a la carte, no further action is required regarding your session selections unless you plan to change your registration and attend different sessions.

What if I need to cancel my registration?

  • Cancellation: Receive a full refund if you cancel your registration in advance by 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday, June 17. Cancellations must be received at least four (4) business days prior to an event to receive a full refund. No refunds will be issued if you cancel within three (3) business days of the event and no CPE credit will be earned. Cancel online or contact MNCPA Customer Service at 952-831-2707. Please see our cancellation policy for more information.
  • Substitution: Rather than cancel your registration, you do have the option to send a substitute. You will not incur any cancellation/transfer fees if you send a substitute, even if the substitution is made within three (3) days of the event. To make a substitution, call MNCPA Customer Service at 952-831-2707. Please note: Additional fees may apply if the original registrant is an MNCPA member and the substitute registrant is a nonmember. The difference in fees will be charged to the substitute registrant.

What is the deadline to receive the early bird registration fee?
Your registration and payment must be received by Friday, June 5, 2020, to qualify for the early bird registration fee.

What other discounts are available?

  • MNCPA members receive a discounted rate. You can join today to receive the discount on all MNCPA continuing education.
  • IIA members receive a discounted rate.
  • Multiple registrations of 10 or more people from the same firm/company can receive a discounted rate of $449 for members and nonmembers. Registrations must be submitted by Friday, June 5, 2020. Visit the registration page for more information.
  • First-time MBAC attendees can receive a discounted rate of $449 (available to MNCPA members only). Visit the registration page for more information.
