Eric O’Link of Anderson Dahlen, Inc. assumes chair of MNCPA board of directors
MINNEAPOLIS (April 24, 2025) — The Minnesota Society of Certified Public Accountants (MNCPA) welcomed its new officers and directors at its April 24 board of directors meeting, including Eric O’Link, CPA as the organization’s 2025-26 board chair.
O’Link is the controller for Anderson Dahlen, Inc. and has experience in both industry and public accounting. Prior to assuming leadership of the board, O’Link also served as a longtime member of the MNCPA’s Controller Forum and served on the SALT Conference Planning Task Force. We’re now seeing the fruits of those efforts with a shift in the national conversation on this topic and many other states jumping on board.”

- Vice chair: Jerry Lee, CPA, Lee Financial Group.
- Treasurer: David Brauer, CPA, EisnerAmper.
- Secretary: Anne Brader, CPA, Thrifty White Pharmacy.
- Chair-elect: Sara DeRoo, CPA, Christianson PLLP.

The MNCPA serves the public interest by advancing the highest standards of ethics and practices within the CPA profession. The MNCPA delivers on that promise by offering extensive continuing professional education and resources; advocating for members and the public with regulatory agencies and boards; and mentoring and encouraging the CPAs and business leaders of tomorrow. Founded in 1904, the MNCPA has 7,500 members who work in public accounting, business and industry, government and education.
