In memoriam
Longtime MNCPA member Bill Muchow died March 27, 2022, at the age of 76. An MNCPA member for 52 years, Muchow served the MNCPA and its members in several capacities. He was the MNCPA board treasurer in 1991–92 and vice chair from 1994–95. He also served on many committees and task forces, including the Business & Industry Advisory Council. He received the MNCPA Legacy Member award in 2014–15.
MNCPA member Michael Skwira passed away Nov. 10, 2022, at age 87. A member for 56 years, he had a successful, decades-long career as a CPA at Lethert, Skwira, Schultz & Co., where he served local family businesses, supported farmers in southern Minnesota and provided family tax services.
