Participate in public practice survey
10-minute survey focuses on remote work, satisfaction
May 5, 2025 | Linda Wedul, CAE

We receive many requests to participate in surveys. Recently, I received one from a college professor that caught my attention.
Post-pandemic, we now have more than four years of extensive remote-work environments. This new research project is designed to provide insights into the influence of remote work, job satisfaction, potential effects on audit and tax quality, and the current state of team dynamics.
This research project is developed by Dr. David J. Emerson and Dr. Kenneth J. Smith of Salisbury University in Maryland. Combined, they have published more than 100 articles providing credibility to this project.
We are reaching out to you to encourage your participation. CPAs and non-CPAs working in public practice are encouraged to respond to the survey.
Why should you participate?
- Ten minutes is a small investment that will yield significant impact to understanding the public accounting work environment.
- All responses are anonymous.
- Strong participation equals stronger data, which, in turn, equals better insights for the profession.
Help us move the profession forward by participating
All participants can optionally enter their name in for one of two $100 Amazon gift cards.
Thank you for contributing to research that helps us understand and improve the profession.
