Step into spring with the MNCPA

Updated Jan. 2, 2025

Winter can be tough mentally and physically. Add job pressure to the mix and this time of year can be downright brutal. We’ve got something to help put a little spring back into your step.

The MNCPA Step Challenge is designed to help members stay active during a busy time of year and get ready for spring. Gather up your work friends and join the challenge as a team. Awards will be given to the teams with the highest average number of steps.

Challenge details

Cost: Free!
Team sizes:

Sign up your team!

Bonus award: the High Stepper Award

The individual with the most steps throughout the challenge will be named the High Stepper of the year and win an additional award.

To sign up

Step 1: The captain of each team must complete the registration form to register their team. This is how we'll track your team internally. If the number of people participating changes, email Amy Johnston at ajohnston@mncpa.org prior to March 1 with updates.

Step 2: All participants (including the team captain) must sign up for the challenge on the ChallengeRunner website. After registering and joining the challenge, each participant must select which team they will be competing with.

We want to see your progress throughout the challenge! Share your photos by tagging us on LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook. In addition, please send all photos (a beautiful view from your afternoon stroll, pets enjoying a run with you, etc. – have fun with it!) to Amy Johnston at ajohnston@mncpa.org to be included on social media and maybe even Footnote!
