Ashley Sullivan, partner at MS Consultants, LLC (MSC), oversees firm operations and works closely with practice leaders to drive nationwide business development. She has more than two decades of cost segregation industry experience, cultivating relationships with CPA firms, real estate professionals and accounting societies across the country. Ashley is also a frequent speaker at national and regional conferences, including the AICPA National Tax Conference and AICPA Construction & Real Estate Conference. In 2025, Ashley was elected president of the American Society of Cost Segregation Professionals (ASCSP), where she will serve through 2027, building on more than a decade of leadership that includes roles as secretary, vice president, and conference committee chair. Since 2004, she has contributed to more than 10,000 cost segregation studies and helped advance the field through software innovation and early contributions to "The Practical Guide to Cost Segregation" (CCH, a Wolters Kluwer business).
