Ashley Sullivan, CCSP, oversees MS Consultant’s operations in the Virginia office. Her areas of concentration include cost segregation studies, repair vs. capitalization analyses, fixed asset reviews and section 1031 exchanges. Ashley has participated in over 9,000 cost segregation studies since 2004 and is a recognized leader in the cost segregation field as a Certified Cost Segregation Professional through the American Society of Cost Segregation Professionals. Prior to joining MS Consultants, Ashley gained more than eight years of experience in the cost segregation industry and participated in the production of The Practical Guide to Cost Segregation, published by CCH (a Wolters Kluwer business).
