Lester Cook, principal in the Fixed Asset Review Practice at KBKG, has more than 25 years of experience in the tax specialty service industry. A certified member of the American Society of Cost Segregation Professionals since 2008, he has completed analyses on thousands of properties ranging from office leasehold improvements to multi-billion-dollar industrial complexes, hotels and resorts and has successfully represented claims before both IRS and financial auditors. Prior to joining KBKG, Lester led PwC’s Central Region Cost Segregation Center of Excellence, where he provided project management and technical expertise to fixed asset teams across the U.S. and Canada. In recognition of his leadership, he received PwC’s Greater Chicago Market Chairman's Award in 2008.
