Chuck Selcer, CPA, CGMA, MBA, one of the founders of Schechter Dokken Kanter CPAs, is a respected leader in the accounting profession with more than 40 years of audit and business consulting experience. He also currently chairs the Minnesota Board of Accountancy and is the longtime author of the ethics Q &A column in the MNCPA’s Footnote magazine. Chuck currently serves on the NASBA Ethics Committee and served on the AICPA Technical Standards Subcommittee for over a decade and was a three-time chair of the MNCPA Ethics Committee. In 2010, he received the MNCPA’s Glen Berryman Award in recognition of his enduring commitment to integrity, professionalism and ethical leadership.
